What can I expect after the assessment is completed?

A meeting will be held after the completion of the assessment. You will be able to read the report and review what has been prepared. This is an opportunity for the client or the child's caregiver to check for any inaccuracies in any of the verbal information that has been provided to the assessor. A written report with recommendations will remain for your use. 

This is a confidential document that can be released to physicians, educational facilities, the workplace and other professionals involved with the written consent of the client and/or legal guardian. This document can be used for educational planning, career planning, creating behavioural treatment plans or helping to diagnosis a disorder.
