New Clients
Amanda Muryn's Waitlist
At this time, Amanda is not accepting any new clients. We realize that this can be frustrating when you are not able to see a timeframe, but we encourage you to browse through our website for background information on our staff as each staff member may have a different timelines for new clients. If after you have read everything and you are still interested, we encourage you to fill out our intake questionnaire below.
Children - **Please be aware that if the appointment is for a child, we always ask that the parent(s) come in for the initial intake to go over all the background information, as we prefer for the child (depending on their age) not to be present if speaking about sensitive information. We also always require both parents consent for a child to be seen for services. The only way this is not an issue, is if you have a parenting order or court document stating that you have full custody, which will need to be forwarded to our office prior to the first appointment. However, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to Rachel at: (403) 504-9777 or via email at rachel.brushett@icloud.com.
Due to the high number of clients requesting services, once an appointment becomes available, we will call the phone number that was listed on the intake questionnaire. If no one answers at that time, we will leave a message with a response time to get back to our office. If we have not heard from you within that timeframe we will have no choice but to call the next person in line on the waitlist.
Thank you for taking the time to fill out the attached intake questionnaire. Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our office at (403) 504-9777 or via email at rachel.brushett@icloud.com
Please take the time to read through our Client Services Consultation Agreement prior to your first appointment and make notes about any questions that you may have.
