We are equipped to help you manage all sorts of trauma, including, but not limited to: acute trauma, chronic trauma, complex trauma, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD).

What is EMDR? Do you offer this treatment?
Yes, we do offer EMDR!
EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing. It is a form of therapy that helps people heal from trauma or other distressing life experiences. EMDR therapy has been extensively researched and is recommended for treating trauma of all kinds by using rapid eye movements in a controlled and safe environment. For many clients, signs of trauma will diminish or disappear over time once EMDR therapy has been completed.

We pride ourselves on our office space, which offers a very clean, gentle, and quiet atmosphere. We provide structure, clear communication, and a friendly smile whenever you show up for your appointments!
We have our main therapy rooms, as well as our playroom, kitchen, and mud-kitchen!
We also offer complimentary water, coffee, tea, and snacks in the main lobby for everyone to enjoy!
